Well I just got back from Colorado. It was a really fun trip. I got to see my sister and all of her in-laws. I also got to see my toddler like nephew Dillon. He’s so smiley and loves to say the word Hi over and over again. I’m excited for next year when he starts making complete sentences. I got to go skiing a bunch while I was there. Got up to almost 13000 vertical feet. Which made going down the runs just that extra exhausting. I managed to keep up pretty well even though I was going with several master skiers. Unfortunately the last day I had a horrendous fall and screwed up my shoulder and must’ve bruised a rib. C’est la vie. The drive up to CO was also quite harrowing they closed highway 80 half way through Nebraska forcing me to take really poorly maintained back roads. It took me almost 5 hours to travel 100 miles. I made it eventually though which was good, I ended up staying in a Motel 6 though which was not exactly pleasant. Overall though it was a very fun break!
