Yesterday we had a play date with Hunter and Addy our neighbors, neighbors. Hunter is about a year older than Teddy so of course Teddy is super interested in him, and hunter is less interested in Teddy. But Addy and Ella are almost the same age so they got a long great. Kate and I do wonder a lot of Ella and Addy will be childhood best friends just based on sheer proximity. I admittedly I never talk to any of the kids I lived near when I was growing up (pre highschool), but it’s also fun to reflect just how many kids lived in our cul-de-sac. There were a couple of highschoolers (or maybe they were Jr. High and I was just real young) a bunch of kids my age, and the Jr. High Choir teacher. I’m glad we live in like the one dot of Seattle that has lots of kids.
