Coolio In the past week I just got two emails shot around my department commending me on a job well done on two different programs. One for the program I’m on loan to, the other a program that I will soon be the lead of, but needed some emergency help. Both instances made me feel weird because on one someone else played a stronger role, and the other they only praised me and not the person who was assisting me. Oh well most I can do is point it out at my 1 on 1s.
