After much discussion with Jesse and Vince we decided that the acts of torture on suspected terrorist at Guantanamo is not cruel and unusual punishment. You see since they’ve been doing it for so long, it is no longer unusual, in fact it is quite common. Therefore the torture is now cruel and usual, which is completely constitutional. The eighth amendment be damned. So in theory we can be cruel all we want, we just need to do it often.
