Today was awesome. Started off with a drug test which wasn’t exactly awesome, but I did get it out of the way so my company will be happy. Its funny this is the second time that I took a leak at home immediately before going to take the test. End result, I think I drank about a gallon of water before I left Pike, making me feel especially hydrated for the day.
After I picked up my new IPod battery from school I headed back to the house to discover someone left behind about 20+ Omaha steaks. These weren’t exactly sirloins either. So my lunch consisted of a filet mignon, a twice baked baked potato, and cake. It was like heaven in my mouth. After than I got technical and gutted my IPod, I guess I did leave Rose with some technical skills, cause I was able to rip it open insert the new battery and put it all back together, end cost 15$, Apples Cost 30$ minimum. Other than that I spent most of the day watching Scrubs enjoying the fact that I didn’t have to work my fulltime job yet.
Also I went for about an hour bike ride going at a pretty strenuous pace. I absolutely love my bike; I’ve practically gone out every day for the last two weeks. I really feel bad for the people that don’t go out and live life, but instead find themselves stuck in front of a TV day in and day out. So many of my purchases have been stopped because I don’t want to be tempted with laziness, last summer I decided instead of buying a new desktop that I should buy a plane ticket to Italy and go for an adventure. Instead of buying an Xbox 360 I bought my bike. I figure if I don’t give myself the opportunity to be a slacker I won’t take advantage of it. Either way this relaxing thing has been great, and I’m so glad work hasn’t been pressuring me to do anything.
