So for all you conservative Republicans, I didn’t get to see Michael Moore. He was coming from Wisconsin, and for some reason he couldn’t land at the Ames Airport, so he had to go down to Des Moines (which i didn’t know until much later). But it was supposed to start at 7:30, and at 7:40 some lady went on stage and said “he’s gonna be an hour late”. Didn’t say why or anything… I had way too much work to do, and getting back at 11:00 and just starting my homework did not sound like a good idea…

This weekend was fun. My buddy Devin came up with me to Minnesota. We went to the Science Museum and Omnitheater, since the farm-boy had never been to an Imax before. Went to Demori’s Pizza on Friday (all those from Cottage Grove can appreciate the splendor in that), and hung out with my sister before going to the Malt Shop with some high school friends on Saturday night. We left early on Sunday because we had intramural soccer and football, and we lost both games. Soccer was close (lost 3-2) in a shootout, but football wasn’t so close. They had great sportmanship, so i didn’t care losing to them all that much. Just a good team and we couldn’t do much. It was sad that I had more catches on defense than offense. Two interceptions compared to 0 catches. Just wasn’t a good game for me. So…that’s how it goes though.

I got my homework done and was able to just relax last night. Probably should have gone to bed earlier, but that happens!

Shouldn’t be a terribly hard week, but just some things i need to keep up on. Well, time for class pretty quick, so that’s that.
